Yoav serves as Senior Vice President and Head of the Cyber Division at Yael Group. He oversees the division’s holistic approach to cybersecurity, including implementing security solutions, consulting, training, and crisis management. The division unites the activities of SmartSoft (Technological Solutions), Triad Security (Consulting and Guidance), and Consienta (Training and Awareness).
Yoav joined Yael Group in 2017 after it acquired SmartSoft, which he founded in 2004. He led the Group’s cybersecurity expansion, including acquiring Triad Security in 2022 and Consienta in 2023.
He holds a BA from Bar-Ilan University and has extensive experience in cybersecurity, combining innovative solutions with consulting and training services
